In the retail sector, Myntra's AI shopping assistant enhances customer experience by offering personalized fashion recommendations, while Jugalbandi, an AI-driven chatbot, bridges language barriers to provide access to government services across India. Similarly, Air India's AI.g application in aviation customer service sets new efficiency standards.
